VelaPDF is designed with a "Privacy by Default" architecture. Unlike other PDF services, we do not store, view, or analyze your document content.

Files are processed in encrypted memory.
No permanent storage is used for user documents.
All temporary data is purged instantly upon task completion.

2. Information Collection

We collect minimal information required to provide our services:

Account Info

Email and name for account management and subscription billing.

Usage Metrics

Aggregated, anonymous usage counts to maintain server health and optimize performance.

3. Third-Party Services

We utilize Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store credit card details on our own servers. Document processing is performed on our own isolated infrastructure (powered by Stirling-PDF).
