No Refund Rule

“Since our services are digital and delivered instantly, they can’t be returned once used. So, once you subscribe to the service, there is no option to return the service once it has been used.”

Cases when refunds are not granted:

• Refunds are not applicable once the service has been used.

• Change of mind when you no longer want the product.

• You did not cancel the subscription before automatic renewal.

• No refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-month, you will get access to the service till the end of the billing month. However, no further charges will be deducted.

Refund Eligibility

All refund requests are reviewed fairly based on the specific circumstances. However, Refund requests should be submitted within a reasonable time after the issue occurs. Circumstances where you get refunds are:

• Technical Issues: If a technical issue occurs that cannot be resolved by our support team within 72 hours. Then, a pro-rated refund will be issued regardless of non-compliance with the no-refund rule.

• Non-performance: If our tool fails to function as described or intended.

• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice.

• Accidental renewal: You can successfully make a refund request for an accidental renewal. However, refunds are only applicable if the service has not been significantly used.

• Unauthorised transaction: If any transaction from your account has been made without your permission.

How to successfully apply for the refund process?

Our support team will review the refund request for validation.

• Approval

If your refund request is approved, then refunds will be processed.

• Processing

Once approval is done by the support team, funds will appear in your bank account within 5 to 10 working days.
